You choose the day you want your ticket for, but it does depend on whether or not there is space at Glow on this given day, as there are limited tickets for sale for every day.
The ticket will be given to you in the reception when you check in, or it will be send to your email on the day of the visit, if you want to go to Glow before checking in at the hotel.
