At Milling Hotel Saxildhus in Kolding, we look forward to welcoming you every morning in our breakfast restaurant, where you can enjoy both warm and cold dishes. We don’t have our own evening restaurant at the hotel, we collaborate with a whole lot of restaurants in the vicinity
You will definitely feel spoiled by our breakfast buffet.
The buffet offers freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, yoghurt bar and warm dishes such as eggs, bacon, warm liver pâté and much more. In addition, you will also find seasonal features, such as skyr with macaroon base and fruit. We call that “Go’ Morgenfryd”.
Opening hours in the restaurant:
Breakfast buffet on weekdays at 6.30 A.M. – 9.30 A.M
Breakfast buffet on weekends at 7.30 A.M. – 10.30 A.M.
In our cozy bar in the reception it is possible to buy various drinks. These can be enjoyed in the lobby.
