General provisions - Milling hotels

General trading conditions:

The prices and general conditions on the website are intended for individual bookings. All prices are stated per room per night and includes 25% VAT.

In circumstances that Milling Hotels cannot foresee (force majeure), the right is reserved to cancel the reservation.

To reserve a room at Milling Hotels, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18, the booker or parents must stay at the hotel at the same time. It is not a prerequisite that guests under the age of 18 must stay in the same room. The booker or the parents are responsible for the persons under 18, regardless of whether they are staying in the same room or not.

Payment and cancellation conditions:

For non-refundable bookings, the full amount is paid immediately. Payment is made by credit card via DIBS (Danish Internet Payment System).
If the payment is not completed, the booking is automatically cancelled.
Once the payment has been completed and approved, the reservation is guaranteed. You will then receive a confirmation of the reservation.

In the case of a refundable booking, the room and possibly additional purchases in connection with the booking. You will then receive a confirmation of the reservation.
The final payment is made upon arrival at the hotel.

When canceling a reservation, the following applies
Refundable booking: Cancellation can take place until 15.00 on the day of arrival, in case of later cancellation a bill for the first night incl. Possibly. ordered add-ons.
In the event of a no-show, a bill will be sent for the first night incl. Possibly. ordered add-ons.

Non-refundable: The amount is paid immediately, it is therefore non-refundable. The reservation cannot be changed or moved to a new date.

Privacy Policy:

By accepting our conditions, you consent to Milling Hotels, as the data controller, processing your personal data including identity and contact information for the purpose of your stay.
If you no longer want Milling Hotels to use your personal data for the above purposes in the future, you can always revoke your consent, as described in more detail in the personal data policy. The revocation only takes effect for the future.
