By ordering one or more of our services, you give Milling Hotels A/S consent to process your personal data. We only collect the personal data that you or the customer submits in connection with the order.

Why and how does Milling Hotels A/S collect personal data:

Your personal data is necessary for us to provide the best service for our guests. Milling Hotels A/S may collect the following personal data:

It is the third party’s responsibility that consent has been given from the person in question for the disclosure of the information to Milling Hotels A/S.

On what legal basis does Milling Hotels A/S process your personal data?:

Milling Hotels A/S may process your personal data if necessary to fulfill a contract to which you are a party. Personal information that is collected for booking stays and services is done on the basis of GDPR article 6, 1, letter b). Likewise, Milling Hotels A/S can process personal data prior to entering into a contract.

Personal information that is collected for use in marketing-related activities, use of images and registration for our newsletters is done on the basis of your consent, cf. GDPR article 6, 1, letter a).

The personal information is stored for the period of time in which it is permitted according to the legislation. Milling Hotels A/S deletes the information when it is no longer necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. You always have the right to gain insight into the personal data that Milling Hotels A/S has registered about you. You also have the right to correct, delete and update information that is incorrect or similarly processed in violation of the law. If you wish to have your personal data deleted, Milling Hotels A/S will delete all information that Milling Hotels A/S is not required to store according to current legislation. If the processing of your personal data is based on a consent from you, you have the right to withdraw the consent after which the processing ceases, unless Milling Hotels A/S is required to process the personal data according to current legislation.

Applicant and Milling Hotels A/S:

When you apply for a position (solicited or unsolicited), Milling Hotels A/S processes the information you have submitted in connection with the application via e-mail. Milling Hotels A/S uses the information to assess whether Milling Hotels A/S wants to offer you employment and communicate with you in the recruitment process.
If you are offered employment at Milling Hotels A/S, your personal data will be stored in accordance with Milling Hotels A/S policy for the processing of employee data, which is provided by the immediate manager, together with our applicable personnel handbook.

Applications received in the recruitment process are kept for 30 days after the end of recruitment.

Security and sharing of your personal data:

Milling Hotels A/S does not pass on your personal data to other data controllers, unless you expressly consent to this or if we are legally obliged to do so.

We cannot guarantee 100 percent security of data transfers via the Internet. There is a risk that others gain unauthorized access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You provide personal information at your own risk.
